follower receiving too many emails

  A person following my blog said:
  “When I originally left a comment Iappear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments
  are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get 4 emails ith the same comment.
  There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?”

  please tell me how I can fix it. Thank you.

  Hi there!

  He should be able to remove himself from comment notifications by navigating to the following page when logged in to his WordPress.com account:

  http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

  From that page, he’ll need to click the “Edit” link next to your blog name. Then, he’ll see the option to toggle the comment notification off. Here’s an example:
