Follower Unsubscription

    I have an elderly user who is trying to unsubscribe from our daily posts, but is unable to follow the instructions sent to her via WordPress to do so. Is there anyone from WordPress that I can put her on to to dialogue with this personally?

    If I could make a suggestion- it would be really nice to manage follower subscriptions ourselves. We have now moved onto a self-managed WordPress site, just so we could have that flexibility. We still, however have thousands of followers on the WordPress server linked by jetpack, that often ask me to change their subscriptions.
