follower updates and linkedin updates for new blog posts

When I just posted a new blog entry, it did not say that it had published to readers. Additionally, for my last two or three posts, it has not been publishing automatically to linkedin updates. I tried deleting the wordpress application from linkedin and then going back into my WP dashboard and re-linking to linkedin through the ‘publicize’ connection and it added the link, but is still not publishing automatically. I had to go into the post and click on the LinkedIn ‘share’ button for it to be sent to LinkedIn. Please advise.

I don’t see an apparent reason for this to not work and, obviously, don’t want to make a test post in case it does get sent to your subscribers/LinkedIn.
I’m following your blog now and about to connect with you on LinkedIn. Please ping me here as soon as you publish your next post and I’ll track this issue from both our internal side as well as from a subscriber’s perspective.
From our records, it appears that subscribers were notified last of a post at 2013-08-13 08:21:09 UTC, which matches the publication time of your post from this morning. It appears, from our system log, that it worked this morning, although the notification was unusual.
For LinkedIn, the connection responds as working through our debugging tool, so please do let me know after your next post if it still doesn’t work.

I’ve accepted the LinkedIn connection. I did notice that my wife received the update from the blog. When I posted it, WP usually has a ‘XX followers have been notified” with their pictures on the left and that didn’t show this time.
I’ll let you know when the next post goes up.

Hi Brandon, just added a new blog post to WordPress account. It showed fine on LinkedIn as having published to the network, although on WordPress it didn’t show the ‘published to XX followers’ in the left column under ‘You published your 126th post on this blog’, which is a little disconcerting, particularly with email followers.
Brandon, just added a video post to the blog and that published to LinkedIn and also finally told me on the WP page that it had shared to followers. So seems okay for the moment.
