  Switched from IPad to PC and figured it out. Couldn’t do it on the mobile app. Thanks!

  You can also use the Blog Subscription Shortcode https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/

  And, Staff have recently added the mailchimp widget for subscriptions too https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/
