Hi!
For some reason, two friends who tried to follow using the ‘follow’ application were told they’d get a confirming email that they never got and I never got a notification either. I’ve gone into my dashboard, tools and settings, but can’t find anything about ‘follow’ settings. So, I sent them emails asking them to follow, but what if strangers want to follow? Someone in England told me she couldn’t connect via follow. I’m in the US. Any advice?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who were not able to subscribe or a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

In trying to respond to your message, the software didn’t show me how to hide the email address I wanted to use in order to check on my follow failure. I believe I’m already subscribed to this thread. Do you mean for me to wait until contacted by a staff person?

If you post email addresses (properly formatted) here in the forums, they will be hidden from other viewers of your post, but staff can see them.
If you prefer, I can contact you via email.

Can you contact me via email? I’m not sure I understand how to properly format email addresses to be hidden. Sorry. I’m still wordpress 101. :-)

I was able to subscribe by email to your blog using Firefox – got the email to confirm and the confirm worked
