  Can I inform all my followers at once that I’m changing either the name or the privacy setting of my blog?

  Hi there,

  The best way for you to do that would be for you to make a post about any such change. It will automatically be made available to all of your followers via their Readers, email, or RSS feeds.

  There is no way to contact them any more directly, however.
