  If I have several blogs on the same account, will the followers of one blog be able to see the other blogs??

  No. Followers sign up to follow a specific blog, not all blogs in a specific account. If you want your readers to follow you other blogs, create a page linking to your other blogs or link to them directly from a custom menu or text widget. It will still be up to your readers to decide whether they’ll click follow on the other blogs, though.
