How do I know the names and email addresses of those who are following me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t here on WordPress.com. If you go to your stats page and scroll down to where you see ‘Followers (includes Publicize), you’ll see a link marked ‘Blog’ and a number above it. If you click ‘Blog’ you’ll see a list of people who are following you with their screen names and their blog URLs, but you won’t see email addresses.
If you get comments in your wordpress.com blog you’ll see email addresses but be careful as emails are provided as an extra anti-spam measure (Akismet filter being the main one) and are not intended to be used for unsolicited mailing lists. (My apologies if this is a wrong guess, but frequently people ask about names and email addresses so that they can put people on mailing lists).
You can always put a contact form on your blog and ask people to contact you if they’d like to be in touch with you.
