How can I block some followers? It’s possible?
I don’t want them to receive an e-mail when I post anymore.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Dear marinadantas2,

Your best bet would be to go to settings > discussion and set it so that first time comments are held in moderation. That is your first level of defense. After you have approved a comment, then their subsequent comments will post without moderation.

Then you can also go to the Admin area go to: Settings > Discussion Settings > look for the part about: “Comment Blacklist”.
Enter their username, email address, and if they included one, their website address. Hopefully this helps alleviate your problem.

@marinadantas2 – If your site visibility setting is set to Public, anyone can follow it. If you don’t want people to follow your site, your only real option is to change the visibility setting to make your site Private and then invite the people you want to read it.

Sorry for no better news and let us know if you need more help with that.

@toniaslimm “Followers” are people who subscribe to a site and they will either receive an email notification of a new post or read it in the WordPress.com Reader depending on their personal preferences.

If you need more information on Followers or the Reader, please head over to the Support site and use the Search tool.
