  hi. my design is beuno. i am trying to find a way by which i can show gravatars of those following my blog. just cant seem to find a way to. alveena.wordpress.com is my blog name

  There is no such widget for WordPress.com followers. Gravatars display at the end of posts when members click “like” buttons. They can also be displayed on comments if you wish. To set up avartar/gravatar display scroll down this page > Settings > Discussion See also > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-comments-widget/

  If you are actually referring to the Facebook likebox widget you will find it here > Appearance > Widgets
