I noticed I have approx 1000 followers, yet I’m following half of them. Is there a way I can create a list that includes my followers and those I’m following?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your wordpress.com subscribers are found here https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers
You can also use: https://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats
*replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your site.
Note that the title there includes Publicize followers from social networks. https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
Your email only subscribers are here https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=email
Note that many of us keep our personal email addresses off the web as they are for family and friend use only. Instead, we register throwaway email addresses that do not personally identify us and use them for blogging purposes.

those I’m following
See here for the Blogs I Follow widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/blogs-i-follow-widget/
See here for the My Community Widget
https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/my-community/You can create a blogroll or related sites no matter where they are hosted. You can create/edit a Blogroll in your Dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/ and then display it by installing the Links widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/
We cannot enter links into the widget itself. The Links widget merely displays the links we enter in our dashboard “Links”. We enter a new link this way > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/
Be aware that if you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site any and all widgets can be added or removed here
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
Simply replace NAME_OF_Blog with the actual name of your blog in that URL.
Also, note that widgets have visibility settings that determine which pages they will be displayed on. See: Widget Visibility https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

There is no automatic way to do that.
