  That’s not an easy one. 🙂

  Unfortunately, there’s no magic formula in the WordPress.com documentation. 😞
  But not to despair! I found a couple of useful links:

  Just noting that this is going to take a lot of time and a great deal of effort. Growing your site will depend on what you are able to put in to it.

  One other bit of info to share: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/

  wpis1337 – Make sure that whatever resources are shared are indeed referencing WordPress.com rather than the WordPress installation.
