  Users without WordPress.com account can follow your blog by following the instructions here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#if-you-do-not-have-a-wordpress-com-account

  You can also make it easier for others to follow your blog by adding a Follow Blog widget in your sidebar.
