    Hello Support,

    I’ve had an unusual amount of people following my blog in the past 1.5 weeks. I’ve not looked at all of the profiles but my gut tells me that some of these might not be real people? Is there a way to screen for fake profiles? I’m not getting notifications from WordPress that these profiles are now following however the number keeps rising. (I know this is not a terrible thing).

    Also the total is incorrect (in my stats) it lists two different totals, which is why I think there might be an issue.

    No there is not.

    Note that if you use Publicize to auto-post than Facebook friends and Twitter followers are added into your first followers number I posted the link to above.
