Followers and stats not following to wordpress.org

I moved two blogs Tahlia Newland and Centrepiece Productions to a Blue Host hosting and now I discover that the stats and blog followers haven’t shifted to the new blog. My followers haven’t been getting their posts and I’ve lost all the stats from the previous years. What do I do to move them over?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you installed and configured the JetPack Plugin?
What are the WordPress.COM base blogs do you want moved to which custom domain names? To help the staff please match them up – one pair per line so the staff can easily see which UrL’s go together.

centrepieceproductions.wordpress.com doesn’t exist. Are you perhaps referring to a different blog?
