  We had 250 followers about for https://wordpress.com/stats/insights/www.arthrosurface.com but they are now gone but 1. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

  To migrate your subscribers the good news is that you can do this yourself. After you install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me on your wordpress.ORG install, you follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
