Followers are not receiving posts from new site

A few weeks ago, I migrated my followers from wordpress.com to my hosted domain using jetpack. I’ve made a few posts since then, and a few of my followers have not received any of those posts. How can I ensure that the migration was successful?

Optionally, on your WordPress.com site from which you’ll want to transfer your followers, post a notice telling your site’s followers that you’ll be moving, and that their subscriptions will be going along with you. This is because, while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader.
