followers comments not posting

  under discussion, comments are already enabled. followers emailing me telling me they write a comment, but it does not post. they also say they are not being notified when there is a new comment or post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi mtioran,

  It would be great to know the following:

  • Have your followers said whether they are seeing any error messages when trying to comment?
  • Is this happening on every post or just one in particular?
  • Are they logged in to WordPress.com when trying to comment?
  • Have they checked their spam folder for post notification emails?

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
