followers count is not working

    Why are my social media followers suddenly not in the total count of my WordPress sites?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    You can see your total social media followers on the Insights tab of your Stats page here:

    Regarding the Follow Blog widget on your website sidebar, there was a recent change removing social media followers from that count to more accurately show the actual subscriber count of your website (which is your email subscribers and WordPress.com followers).
