Followers disapeared

  Hi – on http://blog.phaseone.com/ (earlier phasone.wordpress.com) we had several hundreds followers, but now all the followers is gone and we only have 43 and only back to the latest two weeks… Can you see what have happen? And is there a way we can import them again?

  When you moved to your self-hosted site, did you use the Jetpack plugin to migrate your followers? Check the following guide to find more information.

  Please take into account that social media follower counts are a feature that it’s only available on WordPress.com stats. Jetpack connected sites will only show WordPress.com followers and email subscribers.

  It is many years since the site was moved to self-hosted, and it is only some weeks (perhaps a months or two) since we lost all the subscribers – so that can’t be the issue…

  I’m not really sure what could be going on. I suggest that if no other volunteer jumps in to point what could be the problem, then you type the “moodlook” tag in the sidebar to get help from WordPress.com staff.
