FOLLOWERS EMAIL CAN'T RECOGNISE FRENCH LANGUAGE

  For the first time in 35 posts, the email containing my post that I and everyone who follow me received was full of symbols, where accents should be (the post is in French). L’ANNÉE became L’ANNA%E. We see that often in document that can’t read French accents. What happened? It never happened before. I have a screen capture to show you if you need.
