Hi there!
For your followers who have WordPress.com accounts, their email addresses are not made public to you in order to protect their privacy.
For email followers (those who don’t have WordPress.com accounts), you can see their email addresses here: https://wordpress.com/stats/follows/email/rdccp.wordpress.com.
If you’d like to collect names, email addresses, or other data for your own e-mail list, you can use a Contact Form.
Here’s more information on followers:

Thanks a lot for your answer.
I am still wondering how should I do to invite them to become authors. Should I change the following button by a contact form? -
You can have either a public or a private blog and there is no limitation on the total number of contributors to any blog. If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. If you want users to receive updates each time you publish new content you can invite them to be a follower/viewer.
See here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ and here http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#authorThe software needs to know the difference between hackers and your family and friends, who have an account and are logged in, and who do have user roles on the blog in order for them to post to it. Registering an account requires only an email address and agreeing to the Terms of Service.
The person will have to register a username account but does not need to register a blog. They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.
Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.
Lastly, there is a built-in spammer prevention so send out only 10 invitations at one point in time and then wait and manage those before sending out 10 more.

Hi !
I think I understand what the matter is : my followers don’t appear in the users list, I only see the authors.
I can’t contact the followers. Except when a new follower did log in with an e-mail address (instead of a wordpress id). I receive an email from wordpress telling me I have a new follower (with his/her e-mail address). Then I can copy the e-mail address and create a new invitation to become author. Strange, isn’t it?
I am sure, I did something wrong. There should be an easier way ;-) -
You contact followers by publishing posts. When we provide an email address to receive posts from a blog that is the only purpose it can be used for. Are you clear on that?

Your blog subscribers are here https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers
That figure includes Publicize followers if you use Publicize.
Your email only followers are here https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=emailKnow that the act of following any blog does not set one up to receive emails asking for them to be contributors to a blog, nor does it suggest that we must reciprocate by following those who follow our blogs. It does not permit the use of the email address for any purpose other than receiving posts and using it for any other purpose is against the law in some countries like mine, Canada.
