Followers' emails of published posts from me not WordPress.com as sender

Is it possible to consistently have my followers receive emails of posts (as they are published) from Healthy A-Z rather than just from WordPress.com as the sender? All of them have [New Post] and the appropriate post title in the subject. However, the sender isn’t consistent. Most of them come from:
Healthy A-Z (email visible only to moderators and staff)But some of them come from:
WordPress.com (email visible only to moderators and staff)Is it something I am inadvertently doing? I thought I was just clicking “Publish” each time. (Facebook and Twitter publish okay.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This can’t be changed on a per-account basis, but eventually they’ll all be from Healthy A-Z comment-reply at wordpress.com once we finish nailing down commenting via email.
