Followers from Kazakhstan can't open my blog

A couple of followers from Kazakhstan wrote me they can’t open my blog.
Could you please help me figure out why that happened?

Hello Victoria. Thank you for reporting this. It is likely any disruption is caused by a national issue in Kazakhstan. We are investigating and will post an update when we know more.
