Followers go to wrong blog

  I recently transferred to self-hosted. I just had someone subscribe to my new blog on wordpress.org but the subscription goes to my old wordpress.com blog. How can subscriptions/followers be redirected to go to my new site?
  http://www.emilyladau.wordpress.com > http://www.wordsiwheelby.com

  Hi Emily,

  I found that your subscribers were transferred from emilyladau.wordpress.com to wordsiwheelby.com, and that your site redirect is currently working. When your readers go to emilyladau.wordpress.com, they are redirected to wordsiwheelby.com.
