  when I publish a new post, my followers don’t get massage on email.
  how can I see who follow me and how can I change that ?

  If none of your e-mail followers are receiving an e-mail when you post, have them troubleshoot their account:

  The e-mails may be going to their spam/junk folder or they may have their account set to block WordPress.com e-mails.
