followers need to create a wordpress account to react or like my posts

  Some of my followers inform me they need to create a wordpress account in order to react or like my posts. I’ve changed my settings so normally this shouldn’t be necessary.
  Could you please help me?

  Hi!

  Your comment settings are setup so that readers should not need to be logged into WordPress.com to comment on your site. They should also be able to use the top row of social icons without logging in. However, the “Like” button is specific to WordPress.com. So, they will need to login to use that button.

  Yes, that’s clear. However it would be nice if followers could like my posts without being logged in…
