Followers no longer receive "Daily Digest" What has happened?

WordPress seems to have stopped sending e-mail updates to people who are “following” my blog at: http://environmentaljusticetv.wordpress.com/
What has happened? What can be done to make sure that they receive the regular “Daily Digest” that they have been accustomed to receive?
