followers not being notified of posts

  Hello, I recently bought my domain and started a self hosted site, http://www.myrandomhearts.com. I redirected my wordpress.com blog to my new blog, but my followers are not being notified any longer. Can you please help make sure I do not lose my followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’d like to migrate subscribers from a WordPress.com site to your self-hosted site, you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin.

  Using that tool, we have have instructions on how to move those subscribers to your new blog here:
