Followers not following

  Some people who said they are following me do not show up as my followers

  I’m sorry but that’s too vague for a follow-up. Will you please provide a couple of usernames so Staff can check them out? After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  It’s for the Write Forest Write Blog. My wife and friends have tried to follow me and are not showing up as followers or getting updates. I’ll ask them what usernames they used. Thanks.

  That’s strange. Can you kindly ask them to visit your blog here:

  http://forestbenedict.wordpress.com/

  And check what they’re seeing on the top left corner of the page. I followed your blog just now, and I see the word “Following” next to a check mark. Here’s a screenshot:

  

  If they don’t see it, please ask them to click the “Follow” button to follow your blog.

  Also ensure that they have the proper settings to receive emails whenever you publish a new post:
