Followers not getting email notifications any longer. .

    I hadn’t posted on my blog for a bit. I posted yesterday, but several people told me they didn’t get an email update about a new post. I didn’t get one either (I usually do). I also had to post to Facebook manually.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi @matthewwescott-

    So I checked through our logs and did find that your last post email notification was rejected by your email client due to security policies. Can you please make sure that all emails from *.wordpress.com are whitelisted?

    As for the email notification for: (email visible only to moderators and staff), I found that it was successfully sent on September 30th at 13:50. Please have that reader check their spam folder just in case.

    I have this same problem. A few of my followers said they didnt recieve the email notification. For example (email visible only to moderators and staff) (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    I just checked our email logs for both of the emails you provided me and found that both successfully received our last post notification emails 4 hours ago. Please have them check their Spam folders as our emails can end up in there.

    If they still cannot find it please have them make sure all emails from *wordpress.com are whitelisted.
