Followers not getting emails

    I have several email followers who aren’t receiving email notifications when I post. They appear on my list of email followers, so I know they’ve subscribed, so what’s the problem?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    To investigate this I will need to know the email addresses of the people not receiving notifications. If you post each email address on its own line it will be hidden from public view, but I’ll still be able to see it.

    I noticed that today the graphic indicator that shows the traffic on my blog is no longer showing. Also, at least one follower did not get the usual email when I made a post. There has been no traffic indicated on the stats page either, which is very unusual.

    Hi kokkieh, any progress or advice on my subscribers? I believe I sent you their emails a week or so ago.

    Where did you send them? This is the first time you’re replying to this thread since I asked you for the email addresses two weeks ago. There are no other forum threads or email tickets in your account’s support history.

    Are you speaking of the sparkline that showed next to the Reader link in the admin bar? That was removed a few weeks ago. At this point there are no plans of bringing it back.

    I need to know both your site’s address and the email address of that follower to check on this.

    This I also cannot check without knowing the address of your site.
