Followers not getting their weekly email

  A friend who has been following my blog for years via weekly emails called to complain that the weekly emails stopped. She has checked her spam mail . .. and there is nothing there. . She did not change any settings or get a new computer. The weekly blog email simply stopped and I cannot explain it. Can you help?

  Hi Donna,

  We’re aware of an issue where some folks aren’t receiving their daily or weekly digest e-mails. Our developers are working on it, but we don’t have a firm timeline on resolution yet. I appreciate your, and your readers’, patience.

  i understand you don’t have a ‘firm timeline’ but can you give me any clue as to exactly how patient we all need to be??

  We’re committing a patch today aimed to resolve the original issue that led to the digest issue, but need to take one step at a time, so that may or may not resolve the digest issue immediately.

  In any case, this is a high priority for us and I’m seeing action by our team throughout the day about it. Many of us on staff rely on the digests for our own company internal communication!
