followers not receiving confirmation email

  Followers think they have followed our blog, but they never get a confirmation email to confirm, so they don’t show up when I search “email followers”. I followed with my personal email address and did not receive a confirmation email either. Please advise.

  Have you tried checking your spam filter in your email client?

  Yes, checked spam filter and junk mail numerous times. Others not receiving confirmation email makes me suspicious as well…?? Thanks for your help.
