  Hi there,

  Can you please point them to these most common reasons for this:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/#troubleshooting

  If none of those reasons explain it, can you please reply with an example email address of a user who isn’t getting them, and a link to a specific post that user didn’t receive? Then I can check our logs. :)
