Followers Not Receiving New Posts/Pages

  I update and add new pages to my site, however, nor my followers do not receive the new pages in their inboxes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unlike Posts, Pages do not have RSS Feeds and we cannot subscribe to receive them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  I would like to know if it is possible to convert the pages to blogs or will I have to start all over? Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks everyone.
