followers not receiving notification

  Hello
  My followers are not receiving notification of new posts on my blog
  I have tried reading all your suggestions but just ended up very confused. Possibly there is a setting that I have not ticked

  If none of those issues apply, please let me know the email addresses of the followers having trouble (the emails will appear on my end, but they’ll be redacted in the public forum).
