Followers not receiving updates email

  Some of my followers are reporting that they did not receive an email update when I posted a new blog. Why are some receiving updates and others are not?

  Hi there,

  Our email system will send messages out at the same time and through the same system for each type of subscriber. It may be that some of your subscribers have set their notification settings to get emails immediately and some to only get daily or weekly notifications.

  Of course some may also have been getting their email stuck in spam folders. They will need to review their spam queues to check if there are any messages floating around in there!
