followers not showing up on my sidebar

in the follow my blog sidebar, the blogspot that are trying are not showing up on the sidebar why i know my sister has tried and she is not showing up please help. i know i need wordpress for dummies but i have tried everything i know thanks

The follow blog widget provides the ability to subscribe only. It does not display who subscribed to receive your posts by email. You can view your followers via this link http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers
Go to your site stats page http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ and click “Totals, Followers & Shares”

Click the Blog link under the number and the Site Stats » the My Followers page will open. http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers Click the Email Followers link.
