Followers Not Transfering

  Hello,

  I have been working with WPBeginner to transfer my subscribers from my previous host at wordpress.com to my new host for wordpress.org via bluehost.com I tried to do this myself, but there was a malfunction on the page to complete the action (the dropdown menu wouldn’t allow me to choose which site to transfer subscribers from), so I contacted WPBeginner. One of the admins tried to get this going for me, but I have yet to hear back from WordPress on whether or not the subscriber transfer has begun. Can someone please help with me with this?

  Yes, I’ve already tried the step-by-step guide and asked for help from WPBeginners when that didn’t work.

  The admin tried to start the transfer process, but wordpress.com never e-mailed me about starting the migration, so the admin suggested I ask on this forum.
