Followers see garble on emailed posts

    A couple of my followers are getting garble when they try opening a post from their email. It seems what they have in common is that they both use Shawmail. Viewing with Shawmail on their iPads gives them garbled content that looks like a combination of HTML and a whole lot of 0909090909. However, it’s fine on their PCs. Also, it’s fine on an iPad with Gmail. Also fine if they open on the blog itself. The only other possible connection I can think of is that I upgraded to Mavericks about the time this started happening. My theme is Modern News.

    This sounds like a bug of some kind, so I have flagged this for staff attention.

    Since the emails look fine on a desktop and in Gmail, it sounds like it could be an issue with how Shawmail displays HTML emails on a mobile device. Are these emails being viewed in Safari or another iOS web browser, or in a dedicated Shawmail app?
