followers stuck, when new one added, old one deleted

  Word.press followers increased, but count is stuck at 120 and old follows are disappearing as each new follow is added. I asked for help a day ago and have received no response. Please assist me, as this is a support problem. Thank you.

  I have managed to solve the above problem by clearing my browser cache. This seems to have worked.
