followers transfer

  I recently moved from wordpress.com to the self-hosted wordpress.org, but I realized I lost all of my followers from wordpress.com. Is there anyway I can transfer them over to my new blog following without them having to do it themselves?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
