followers unable to follow both of my blogs

I received this message from one of my followers: “Angie I just realized that I had to cancel following your old blog and sign up with the new. Emails were coming through with the new posts via the old format but I could not open them from the email. Other readers may not know that.” Here’s another one: “Angie, I’m not able to get your Blog. It gives a #404 and says the page is not there.” I’m not sure of what to make of this. I want followers of my first blog https://familyanswersfast.wordpress.com/ to be able to follow my second blog https://angiemcreblogs.wordpress.com/ if they choose. Is this a settings error on my part? Or can you help me to help them? Thanks so much!

Hi Angie!
Your followers should be able to follow both of your blogs. I was just able to follow both of them for example. Could you pass along the email address or WordPress.com username of one or both of the users that are having trouble? I’d like to investigate their individual circumstances! Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.

That user should be able to follow your angiemcreblogs.wordpress.com site still. Can you let me know what message they receive when they enter their email address to the widget on the right-hand side of the page?

Hi Jeremy am I glad to see you! I am currently locked out of WP on my laptop and phone. I’m tangled up in 2 step verification problems again (I have an unresolved ticket in for that too. Can you help me with that today? I will drop everything to get all of this settled so I can get out of your hair and onto becoming a better blogger. To be clear, I want out of the 2 step verification. I simply can’t get it straight! (I have no idea why I can access this forum page via my email link on my iPhone but I’m super grateful.) I’ll look for you in my email, thanks!

I can go directly to your site via the link https://familyanswersfast.wordpress.com/ but not from the email update message. When I click on the link in the email this is the message that comes up;
404: Page Not Found
Sorry, this URL no longer exists. Try searching the site:I just did that again and got the same error message.
This is not the case with your new site – I can access the post from email.
I can try signing up again for each one separately and see what happens.

Thanks, Jeremey, but I don’t want to ask her to do any more work for me at this time. Technically, I believe it is Family Life Is More which she signed out of in order to view Angie Mc’s Reblog Love. Anyway, pretty soon I want to change the format of the first blog so I’ll catch here again about it then.
Mainly, it looks like it’s just the two followers who are having troubles so it’s not a big something that I should take care of on my end. Thanks again for your help and if I get more feedback of this type, I’ll ask for help again.
