Followers will not be notified by e-mail

  I often hear from mail followers the last time they no longer receive notifications of new blog posts. They are on the list of followers or email followers, but equally they received nothing. I’ve often removed from the list, and then invited them to log in again as a follower. That they have done, but equally they do not receive notification. How can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @ridzerd if one of your followers who is having trouble will reply to this thread, we can investigate.

  Do note that individual followers are able to turn off email notifications while still following your site through the reader.

  There are three who mailed me that they don’t receive the notifications.

  1. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  2. (email visible only to moderators and staff) He tried also his other e-mailadress: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  3. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  For a test I asked two others if they receive the notifications or not.

  (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) These two have no troubles, they recieve the notifications every day.

  I hope you can help with this information. Thanks very much.

  Okay,

  1. is blocking all emails from us. They can fix that here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  2. their server accepted the email; they haven’t confirmed following with the other address

  3. also has not confirmed following yet
