followers with outlook.com domain emails

  Recently I have gotten a spate (for me) or followers with outlook.com domain email addresses. The front parts ‘look’ like names, but then again, do not. (eg. shumpertbmoiraoh@, baldwinckveragg@, healeycetwilav@, and similar). Any insight into what’s going on? Thanks.
