Follower/Viewer of Private Blog

    I have just made my blog private. I see the instructions on inviting people as viewers and followers, but I’m unclear on the difference between a follower and a viewer.

    Also, if they don’t have a WordPress account, I understand they can’t see my private blog, so when they accept the invitation, will they be automatically directed to a site where they can establish an WordPress account?
