  Hi there,

  – Go to My Sites>People
  – Under Followers tab all your followers will be listed
  – For deleting a follower click on the ‘Remove’ link besides it

  Well, I may disappoint you but there is no such way to stop people from following if your site is public. Follower need not have a WordPress account to follow a public site.
  The only way to prevent people from following is by making your site private.
  Once your site is private, you will have full control over who can follow your blog.

  Note: Only people with WordPress account can view or follow your private site.
