Following a Blog

    I am running a blog as a newsletter that our members can subscribe two. So far 2 people have told me it’s not working for them. They have typed in their email address and hit ‘follow’ but then get no confirmation email. I do not see them in the list of subscribers or followers either. How can I trouble-shoot this?
