Following blogs by reader, not email

  Hi, I prefer to follow blogs in my reader, not my email. Lately whenever I click ‘follow’, it says I’m following via reader. But then I get email notifications of new posts. How do I switch all the blogs I’m following to reader, and NOT on my email? I don’t want to unfollow these blogs, just don’t want them on email. Thanks!
